Section Brownbag, Article III Standing - An Update:

Many key federal environmental policy issues are litigated by interest groups.  However, their ability to challenge particular rulemakings or administrative decisions hinges on their ability to prove they have standing to sue in court under Article III of the U.S. Constitution.  Chris Winter of Crag Law Center and Lawson Fite of Markowitz Herbold Glade & Mehlhaf will provide attendees with a refresher and case law update on this gate to the federal judicial system.
